| emm.. Trouter is chosing between dennying, mentoring or training new applicant. But he can't decide to give him full tag. So if u see that new applicant i good enough to get [Mz_t] just give him that. If sb else beat u in tryout than he should get [Mz_m] tag. If hasnt got skillz for [Mz_t] than denny him. Remember that we choose you to be tryouter becouse of your activity so I hope u will be still active. DOnt fell in love like repto!! hehe..

| I wouldnt have changed his sig but it's just against my point of wiev to have a 'large picture' in the place of signature. Signature stands for sign, or something, so it supposed to be small, fit in.
