| I mean, that somebody from Mzs can get from Internet Service Provider a static ip adress (in Ukraine it cost near 3$), and then he can run a server at home PC, when we need that (if it a training and duel server). Of course if we want a big and popular server as NOVOCAINE, then we need 24/7 host
