| Well, u download GTA IMG tool(displays as IMG Tool anyway) (google it  easy find) so.. then u.. open the gta3 thingy as readme teaches, then u go to the link nem gave, download the wep u like, it has under sayd what u replace with it, with IMG Toll u use find(under from it's options) that folder and simply.. replace it..
